Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify immediately. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Promotion / Sales item / Limited Edition or items that has been customized to suit you (eg, pre-adjustment of bracelet, hole punching in leather straps etc)

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns nor refunds on gift cards.


Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a product in your order, it must be of equivalent value or higher, provided that your order has not been processed yet.


1. You can return your online order within 10 working days (for local orders) and 30 working days (for overseas orders) from date of delivery. Returned items must be purchased directly from us.

Items will be processed and checked upon reaching us. All successful returns are processed in-store credits


2. All items returned must be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from Hour Boutique only. Items will be inspected on return.


3. You may return your purchase via Tracked post or arrange for pick up.

(Tracked postage is recommended and Hour Boutique will not be responsible for any lost items)


4. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the item will be sent back to you (prevailing shipping costs will be charged accordingly). We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the above return policy.
