Exchange Policy
All goods sold are non-refundable.
All offer items sold during promotion period are not exchangeable.
All deposits placed for confirmation of orders are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Defective goods may be exchanged in store for identical goods within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of our receipt. No exchange is given if defect or damage results from accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Conditions
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from Hour Boutique. Items will be inspected on return.
Non-Exchangeable Items; Including, but not limited to; Limited Edition, Sale, Promotion, Clearance, Preloved, as well as products that have been customized to suit individual preferences. This includes adjustments made to bracelets or modifications to leather straps. (Eg; pre-adjustment of bracelet, hole punching in leather straps etc) are not eligible for return.
If you'd like to exchange for a product in your order, it must be of equivalent value or higher.

In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the item will be sent back to you (prevailing shipping costs will be charged accordingly). We reserve the right to refuse any exchange item that does not meet the above return policy.
